Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You must ensure your staff follow your server policies and applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the content and actions performed via your server and staff.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use RAC-Core.

Acceptable use

• Do not use RAC-Core to harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits.
• Do not use the service for illegal activities.

Security features

RAC-Core includes features like moderation enforcement, VPN/proxy flags, and audit logging. You are responsible for configuring these features for your server. We do not guarantee the prevention of all abuse or misconduct.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You can assign a subscription to one server at a time and move it based on the cooldown rules shown in the panel. Refunds and proration follow Stripe’s billing rules.

Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

RAC-Core is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time if you do not own servers and have no active subscriptions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes should be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local law requires otherwise.
